Shipping & In-Store Pick Ups
We take great care in preparing and packing every order. Each package is handled thoughtfully by our team to ensure it arrives safely, securely, and on time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $100 and over within the United States. Orders must total $100 or more after discounts and promo codes are applied. All domestic shipments are fulfilled using USPS or UPS.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@shopgolddogs.us and we will do our best to assist. If your tracking number shows the package as “Delivered,” please first check with your mail carrier or neighbors, as carriers sometimes scan packages before they physically arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
If my order is under $100, how much is shipping?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 for standard domestic orders under $100.
How long do domestic shipping methods take?
Domestic orders ship from our Seattle, WA location Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier, and do not include weekends or holidays.
- Free standard shipping on domestic orders: typically 2–10 business days.
- UPS Ground (Signature Required – a secure option to protect from theft): 2–10 business days. Additional fees apply.
- Flat Rate Shipping ($7.99): 2–5 business days.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes may take 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly extended during promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Do you require a signature for deliveries?
Our free standard shipping and flat-rate shipping options do not automatically require a signature. If you prefer a more secure delivery (recommended for high-theft areas), you may select a “Signature Required” shipping option at checkout. Opting out of signature-required delivery means the customer accepts responsibility in the event of theft or loss after delivery.
How long before my order ships?
Once your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Where is my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created. Gold Dogs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. For detailed delivery updates, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
IN-STORE PICK UPS
We offer convenient in-store pick-up at our Seattle location. Most pick-up orders are ready within 1–2 hours during normal business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

- Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders ship for a flat rate of $35. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs protocols. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are determined by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier will contact you directly if payment is required for customs clearance. Gold Dogs is not responsible for these charges, nor can we estimate the cost for each country.
If a package is refused or customs fees are unpaid, the shipment may be treated as abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned shipments.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within the first 60 minutes after being placed. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at hello@shopgolddogs.us with your order number and reason for cancellation. After 60 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as fulfillment may have begun.
If you no longer wish to keep your items after receiving your order, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
