We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below to see if your items qualify for a return or exchange.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

Gold Dogs gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full store credit within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a return. 

Please note that items marked as “Sale,” “Final Sale,” or “Vintage” cannot be returned. 

How to Return an Item

You may return items using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gold Dogs is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. If you send a return without tracking and your item does not reach us, we will not issue a credit.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue store credit for the value of the item(s). Store credit can be used toward future purchases on shopgolddogs.us. Shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally not refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item before returning your original purchase. This helps ensure that the new item is in stock. After placing your new order, you may return the original order for full store credit.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at shopgolddogs@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you. Evidence of damage or defect may be required for approval.
